How to use the offer function with ReDIY?
With ReDIY.com.au you can have buyers submit offers to you directly through our website. Once the offer is received, you can decide whether you would like to accept, reject or counter offer. If you decide to counter the buyer, they will receive the counter and be able to make their decision. They may come back to you with an increased offer, or withdraw the offer completely. This is the best way to take the emotion out of DIY Selling.
How to make an offer?
Buyers can sign up to our site for free. Once they have inspected the property, they can submit their offer directly into the dashboard.
Buyers simply need to have signed up, they can then select the property and submit their offer.
Sellers simply sign into their dashboard, select the property and on the first page, at the bottom, there is an OFFERS tab. Select this and all offers are in there.
This is particularly convenient to submit counteroffers and negotiate a final outcome. Offers can be countered, rejected, or accepted.
