The enquiries cannot contact you directly, in the first instance. Once we have forwarded the enquiry to you, you will have all the supplied contact information of the enquiry. You can then make contact directly. If they sign in to our web site, you can utilise our chat function, to chat directly with them. Our site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Help is available with ReDIY.

As we are located in Brisbane, all of our times are in Brisbane time. We are available by email, phone and the chat function on our web site between the hours of 8am and 10pm on week days and 9am till 8pm on weekends. All enquiry received between the hours of 7am and 10pm on any day will immediately be forwarded to you. If the enquiry is received outside of these hours, it will be forwarded to you as soon as possible when the staff return in the morning. We have tried to cater for all states within Australia with our support hours.

When the enquiry is received by you, you can opt to make an appointment for a private viewing or suggest they attend your next appointed open for inspection. If you choose to phone the enquiry, it is a good opportunity to ask a few questions. If it is a rental property, you could ask them why they are leaving their current property. If the property is for sale, you could ask how many properties they have inspected and follow up with what was wrong with them. There are many more questions that you could ask. Your aim is to try to pre qualify them. Your time is valuable. You do not want to re arrange your schedule for time wasters. You only want genuine buyers or tenants inspecting your property.
