You can set an "Open for Inspection" time and have potential buyers come along. There are pros and cons to this method. No one may show up. You do not know if the ones who do arrive are buyers or lookers. A genuine buyer may not be able to make the set open time. If you advertise your Open without an address, they will have to submit an enquiry first. This will give you an opportunity to have a chat to them to see if they are ready to buy now and if they will attend. Go on Realestate and Domain and look up recent sales in your area. Also check out what is currently for sale in the area. Weigh up the features, compared to your property. This will give you a good indication of the likely selling price.
