How to sign up to ReDIY.
Go to the top right "Sign Up". On the left, select "Tenant". Enter your details there.
You are now signed up.
How to enquire on a property.
Select the property, by going to the top "Find Property", enter the suburb and select from the drop-down. This will take you to the property where you will see an "Enquire" tab. Enter your name and contact details as well as any questions you may have. It will go directly to the Landlord's dashboard where they will see your message If they happen to be logged in to our site, at the time of your enquiry, you can even chat directly to them. Otherwise, they will contact you directly. They may choose to phone, email or message you back through the site.
ReDIY will also forward your enquiry to the Landlord when it comes to us from one of the real estate sites. We forward this by email as well as dropping it into their dashboard, where again, they will find it immediately.
An advantage of signing up to our site is not only to make it easier and a more efficient way of contacting the Landlord, but it also saves time to organise an inspection time. Tenants can also drop their applications into the property dashboard, where the Landlord can process it, making it a time-saving way of applying.
